In 2004, Burlington Ventures implemented capital improvements at 5506 Grover Avenue in order to rebrand and reposition the centrally located asset. Interior & exterior renovations and landscape improvements were completed within 12-months. The project’s profitability and tenant profile increased significantly as a result of these improvements.
