Burlington Ventures acquired 627 HWY 71 West in Bastrop,Texas in 2023. The former used car dealership on the site was demolished to make way for a 6,000 SF, state-of-the-art medical office for Austin Retina Associates. In collaboration with Levy Dykema Architects and Capital Constructors Group, BVI completed construction in the fall of 2024.
The back building on site is currently FOR LEASE. The 6,000 Sq Ft Industrial / Flex space is available for lease beginning 6/1/2025.
